Bachelors degree in an HR related field or equivalent professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) 5+ years of HR Generalist experience. Strong business partnering experience in fast-paced and high change environment. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle, an advantage. Oil and Gas industry experience a strong advantage. Multinational Company experience an advantage. Take proactive ownership and responsibility of tasks, with focus on accuracy, quality and attention to detail in all responsibilities. Demonstrate a high standard of ethical behaviour. Highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the versatility to interact professionally at all levels in a clear and concise manner. Professional and courteous demeanor that represents a positive image of the HR Department. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment. Safeguard and protect the confidentiality of sensitive HR data at all times. Problem solving and analytical skills.
