Predominantly focused on MEA but assisting in KSA
Supporting recruitment activity by partnering with Talent Acquisition and screening candidates
Creating employment offers and onboarding plans
Addressing employee relations/performance needs with line managers
Writing local policies aligned to the region/global standard
Reviewing and updating local HR templates and processes
Project support
