The Role

Guildhall is partnering with a luxury Real Estate Developer to hire a hands-on and operational HR Business Partner (People & Culture). The HRBP will lead end-to-end People & Culture operations, implement HR systems, ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, and support senior leadership in driving a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: Support People and Culture process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and helping to implement system or workflow enhancements by using existing company data. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, labour law and performance management Support training and development initiatives to upskill agents and staff Introduce HR tech tools to streamline operations and reporting Handle daily employee queries related to policies, leaves, benefits, and other P&C matters through internal P&C system or direct communication. Set up and manage P&C operations including onboarding, payroll, and employee records. Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation tracking, contract changes, and offboarding processes. Administer performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, system readiness, communications, and reminders. Develop and implement P&C policies tailored to the UAE real estate market. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements Monitor and update all local labour laws and regulations to ensure practices and policies remain up to date and compliant Oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive structures aligned with real estate commission models Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up actions. Coordinate health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of P&C experience, preferably in multinational or real estate industry in UAE Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and P&C compliance Experience with HRIS systems Experienced in data management and reporting Possesses a restless curiosity to always improve and learn Good understanding of core P&C foundations
