Conduct interviews and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Hire candidates aligned with company requirements and culture
Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and compliance
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
