Job Description

PR Operation
  • Liaise with the Central PRO team for New Joiners Visa, Medical, Emirates ID and Tawjeeh process, for existing employees medical, Emirates ID and Work permit renewal
  • Tracking of Visa and Work permit renewal master in the HRMS system
  • Liaise with the Centre PRO team for cancellation process & ensure smooth exit of the employee
  • Issuing NOC letters for the employees
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law
HR & Administration
  • Support the HR Business Partner in implementing the Group Medical Insurance scheme
  • Liaise with the Insurance provider on all the additions and deletions of medical insurance
  • Support employees on their queries on the medical insurance policy
  • Support & ensure employee transfers are processed smoothly with adherence to the group policies & process
  • Tracking document inward and outward
  • Liaise with security for building access and Parking
  • Liaise with fleet team for fuel kit
  • Ensure effective implementation of new rules and changes in the UAE Labour Law.
  • Ad-hoc support to the HR team with projects, activities or tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes.
  • Support on HR initiatives and Projects in alignment with the People Strategy and Business strategy
MIS and Data
  • Responsible for the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual as well as ad hoc reports
  • To regularly provide updates/ suggestions/ insights based on the data
  • Manage and maintain all relevant trackers in the agreed formats
Ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the My Landmark System.

Knowledge of HR processes/policies

Knowledge of the local labour law and legal compliance

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS
