About the role - you will:

Assist in the coordination and administration of Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Service transactions Position management and requisition creation in SAP SuccessFactors Schedule interviews and contact applicant/hiring manager, as needed Prepare job offer letters and other recruiting correspondence Follow up onboarding task with new hires to ensure data completeness Complete new hire data entry in SAP SuccessFactor Assist with new hire on-boarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling orientation) Conduct HR orientation for new hires Support stakeholder inquiries about recruiting and onboarding process Enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding process Take part in SAP SuccessFactors testing Handle employees' queries via email, chat or phone call Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

About you:

Effective communication skills and presentation skills High responsibility and ownership Able to work well in a team Effective Problem-Solving skills Good written and verbal English, Malays and Thai language Meticulous, attention to detail Able to prioritize work with self-initiative Focus on customer experience Fresh and experience Diploma holders and Certificate holders are encouraged to apply Currently based and located in Malaysia
