Perform all administrative duties for the HR Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all employees across GRADE Offices. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains human resources records of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, employee leaves and attendance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees and departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing monthly reports, research and analyze data for special projects assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leaves. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and / or facilitate special projects as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to HR team as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in Recruitment and its administration tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Administration / HR or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 3-5 years experience in an HR assistant role or similar \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with HRIS, preferably Oracle \xe2\x80\xa2 Microsoft office skills particularly Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English both written and verbal \xe2\x80\xa2 People oriented and a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional personal appearance \xe2\x80\xa2 Has initiative \xe2\x80\xa2 Stress tolerant \xe2\x80\xa2 Good attention to detail
