Job Summary
. Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
. Scanning of all Education Certificates onto PRO Database
. Organise for passports and/or labour cards to be given to staff if required in PROs absence;
. Tracking of entry dates of new starters for visa purposes;
. Assisting employes and managers with day to day PRO queries;
. Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
. Visiting various external departments e.g. Embassies, Traffic, Etisalat, Banks;
. Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records
. Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws
. Ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR
Requirements
Liason with PRO & HR with regards to:
. new starters - documents required to process employment &/or visit visas
. leavers - documents required to cancel/transfer visas
. weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters
Requirements:
. Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience;
. Presently residing in UAE;
. Good Arabic and English communication skills and
. Must have a valid driving license in Oman.
. University degree in Business, English, Law, Human Resources or Similar;
. Excellent English (oral and written), preferably English as a first-language;
. Strong command of English Grammar;
. Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
