Job Description

We are looking for HR Assistant who can join immediately. Responsibilities: . Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties . Provide clerical and administrative support to HRD Manager . Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) . Assist HR Manager by screening and sourcing CV . Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews . Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees . Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations . Communicate with public services when necessary. Requirements and Skills: . Proven experience at least 1 year as an HR Assistant. . Degree in Human Resources or related field . Sound knowledge in MS Office .
