Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Process HR-related documentation, such as offer letters and contracts.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
Coordinate HR events and training programs.
Support in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
