Supervise and enhances the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.New employment visa (includes coordination with line managers and employee)
You will get PP, visit visa copy, photo from recruitment team. Liaise with LM, get performance evaluation and proceed for employment visa.
Maintain register for visit visa expiry.
2.Visa renewals (includes coordination with the line managers and recruiter)
get confirmation for renewal
get NOC from employee
share NOC, PP, photo to PRO to proceed with renewals and chase PRO until task get completed.
3.Ticketing
4.Digitalization of employee files
5.Recruitment assistance (if required)
6.Issuing Letters (if required)
7.Assist in Payroll (if required)
8. Audit documentation (if required)
9. Any other Adhoc request by HR.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Business / HR or any related field
