We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes.
Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. Help organize and coordinate training sessions and events. Assist in performance review processes and maintain related documentation. Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.c
