Job Description

The Role
Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and maintain personnel records \xe2\x80\xa2 Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides \xe2\x80\xa2 Revise company policies as per instructions from Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely assist in Talent acquisition team \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer employees queries about HR-related issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Requirements
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) \xe2\x80\xa2 Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough knowledge of labor laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 BS in Human Resources or relevant field
