Performs daily payroll department operational functionsto ensure accurate data is entered in the payroll system
Ensures accuracy of payroll/benefit information by auditingpayroll deductions and HR data input spreadsheet and communicates discrepanciesto appropriate team members
Audits all new hire records weekly in Workday and sharedfolders to confirm banking details, tax documents, work permits, personalinformation, etc. are completed fully and correctly
Communicates any payroll changes to third parties in atimely manner
Supports with the processing of all semi-monthly,monthly, and off-cycle payrolls globally.
Ensures new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations,and all relative employee life cycle changes impacting payroll are input intoWorkday and payroll files accurately
Assists with employee payroll questions and concerns.Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable and courteousresolution
Assists in the development and documentation ofworld-wide payroll policies and procedures
Research discrepancies of payroll and take correctiveactions to avoid future reoccurrence
Maintains familiarity with payroll and tax laws, HR regulationsand other related legislation
Prepares miscellaneous reporting for Finance and HumanResources
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administrationwith a minimum of 2 years of global payroll experience
International Payroll experience required
Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Workday preferred
Ability to juggle and manage multiple competingpriorities and adjust priorities regularly
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects as well as strongorganizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to research information and analyze data toarrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
Must be able to foster a collaborative and teamworkenvironment
