  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and responding to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
