Job Title: HR Assistance Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary Range: AED 3000-3500 per month : We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) and ICP (In-Country Value) regulations. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate records. Support recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews. Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees. Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Ensure compliance with MOHRE and ICP regulations. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role. Familiarity with MOHRE and ICP regulations is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
