We are specialized in Special Cables, Power Cables, Winding Wires, Raw Materials Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Duration: Full Time We are looking for a dedicated HR / Admin assistant to join our team. Someone who can manage independently the company\xe2\x80\x99s administration, recruiting, development, operations, employee welfare and management support. Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to: Maintaining physical & digital personnel records like employment contracts Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedure. Organization of business trips including flights, accommodation, visa requirements and transfer bookings for the team members and visitors Prepare regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials. Assist in handling of contract and other business-related documentation, including administration of approval and archiving processes. Diary management, agenda planning, schedules coordination. and meetings follow ups. Assist in organisation of meetings, conferences, and customer events. Draft memos and presentations Expats support with relocation, on-boarding, schooling, insurances etc. Ad-hoc projects as agreed. Payroll, attendance and leave management. Process employees\xe2\x80\x99 requests and provide relevant information. Prepare reports and presentation for internal communications. Answers employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries about HR related Issues. Provide report for new & renewal visa process. Post Ads on job portals and process incoming resumes Assist day to day Real Estate Operation Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: At least 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an HR Assistant/HR Coordinator in fast paced environment. Solid written & verbal communication skills Ability to keep sensitive information. Strong critical thinking skills Must be approachable and helpful. Familiar with UAE Labour Law Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
