JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Operations professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and operations, specifically within the construction sector. As an HR and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions and operational activities within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage the day to day operation of the company. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and on boarding new hires. \xc2\xb7 Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. \xc2\xb7 Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially. \xc2\xb7 Manage payroll processing and benefits administration. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and streamline processes. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and improve operational performance, identifying areas for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. \xc2\xb7 Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. \xc2\xb7 Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results. \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into HR and operational performance. REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and operations management within the construction industry in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 MBA degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office applications. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of driving HR and operational excellence. \xc2\xb7 UAE driving license preferred.
