We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources function and oversee general administration. The role is responsible for managing the full HR cycle from recruitment and employee relations to performance management while also ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
Administration:
Oversee office administration, facilities management, and support services
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services
Ensure effective company documentation, filing systems, and compliance with policies
Coordinate with management on travel, logistics, and general office operations
Supervise admin staff and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the office
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters a plus)
5 - 7 years of progressive experience in HR and administration management
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll software)
