Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll,Leave,General insurance management and employee welfare. Partner with operations to ensure manpower planning aligns with delivery schedules and seasonal demand Coordinate with government authorities for visa processing, labor cards, and other legal requirements especially for blue-collar staff Maintain updated knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure full legal compliance across logistics and admin teams Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures for a diverse workforce Ensure smooth functioning of daily administrative operations including transport, accommodation, uniforms, and office/facility maintenance Liaise with third-party manpower agencies as required Maintain HR dashboards and reports related to employee turnover, attendance, leave, and contract renewals Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5-7 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, UAE labor law, and blue-collar workforce management Experience working with multicultural teams across various functions Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills (English and Hindi) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
