HR and Admin Coordinator
to join us and help ensure our operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end administrative support for daily business operations
Assist with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain and update staff records and attendance tracking
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for project logistics and scheduling
Support management in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
Organize meetings, manage calendars, and handle office correspondence
Maintain an efficient filing system (digital and physical)
Oversee basic office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
