HR Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and well-organized HR Analyst to provide data-driven insights that support informed HR decision-making and strategic planning. This role will be instrumental in the future implementation and management of the HRIS as a super user, ensuring accurate and secure management of HR data. The HR Analyst plays a key role in collecting and analyzing data across all branches, supporting job evaluations, benchmarking exercises, and employee surveys. Additionally. The role assists with HR communications and training material development, prepares HR budgets, tracks actuals, and ensures confidentiality and compliance in all HR practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and analyze HR data across all branches to provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and compensation trends.
Act as the super user for the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry, system configuration, and data integrity.
Maintain updated employee records (joiners, leavers, changes) and conduct routine system housekeeping.
Train and support HR team members on HRIS functionalities.
Streamline HR processes and document workflows related to data management.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes.
Support planning, execution, and analysis of engagement, exit, recruitment, and lifecycle surveys.
Prepare survey summaries and insights to support HR strategies.
Assist with job descriptions, job evaluations (Hay methodology), and benchmarking compensation and benefits.
Support HR budget preparation, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Create and deliver training materials related to HR systems and processes.
Act as a liaison between HR, finance, IT, and employees to
resolve system issues and ensure alignment. Provide general HR support as needed and communicate findings to senior management clearly and effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Preferably experienced in the Hay/Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology
