Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Compiling data and preparing monthly/ad-hoc reports and presenting them to the senior managers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
\xe2\x80\x93 Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
\xe2\x80\x93 Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws.
\xe2\x80\x93 Designing/updating company policies to improve the culture within the company.
\xe2\x80\x93 Reviewing job descriptions and redesigning as per the requirement.
\xe2\x80\x93 Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews.
\xe2\x80\x93 Educate employees about company policies and HR practices.

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
\xe2\x80\x93 Candidate having experience in HR/IT consulting firms in India.
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/master\xe2\x80\x99s in human resources management.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must have experience using different HR software, and data management systems.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
