Key Responsibilities: Ideating and conducting different and unique types of interview rounds such as structured interviews, competency-based interviews, stress tests, amongst others
Strong ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, amongst others)
Efficiently identify and then contact potential real estate agents and consequently communicate the perks of joining N7, and articulating value proposition, and compensation plans at the appropriate time.
Implement and utilize a wide array of sourcing tools to identify and contact potential agents as well as build and oversee the candidate pipeline.
Collate and analyze competitive intelligence on primary competitors in order to uncover innovation to pitch N7 to potential candidates. Core Competencies: Should be well-versed with the end-to-end hiring life cycle, as well as creating and implementing company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills
Extensive knowledge of UAE employment laws Requirements: Bachelors' or Masters' degree in HR
Should have adequate hiring experience in real estate, digital marketing, security, and IT.
Hands-on proven experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc)
Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
