Job Description

In a nutshell as HR & L&D intern, you will get to learn all the elements of this department! The following are your job responsibilities as a HR & Training Intern.

  • Daily administration for the learning and development department , making sure all records and documents are up to date.
  • Manage the cross training process and tracking system.
  • Assist in preparing TNA, weekly training completion reports, report all incomplete trainings.
  • Prepare L&D Logs, L&D calendars and schedules and share with dept. Trainers/HODs.
  • Prepare monthly L&D report.
  • Assist in doing minutes of any L&D and quality meetings.
  • Assist in setting up the training room with all requirements before any training.
  • Help in preparing report for the monthly colleague recognition.
  • Update all HOH notice boards weekly.

  • We are now seeking an experienced and lively HR & Training Intern to join our team.
  • University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
  • The right fit for this role is someone who has solid educational background with an energetic and fun personality.
  • He/she should be passionate about people and hospitality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
