For more information, please visit Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin and HR Executive to support HR activities at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support office and HR functions, ensure smooth operations, and compliance with local labor laws. The role also includes PRO responsibilities. Human Resources Duties: Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation Administer benefits management, oversee tasks performed by third-party providers, and maintain vendor relationships Plan, coordinate, and drive HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement and CSR activities Manage time and attendance, overtime, training, and records of third-party employees Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations PRO Duties: Handle visa processing, labor cards, and residency permits Liaise with government authorities and JAFZA officials for licensing and regulatory compliance Manage documentation and submission of applications for permits and approvals Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and employee visas Administrative Responsibilities: Monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the office space Organize meetings and conferences, including booking meeting rooms and setting up necessary equipment Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and plan logistics for employees Manage visitor access, such as providing JAFZA gate passes for visitors entering Dubai Jebel Ali Free Zone Oversee onboarding processes, including preparing workstations, welcome kits, and ID/access cards Provide office orientation and introduce new employees Keep records of office expenses and provide monthly reports related to admin activities to HR Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of HR and administrative experience Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and JAFZA regulations and policies Experience in PRO services, license registration, and renewal in JAFZA Experience working in a multinational organization with matrix reporting structures Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and multitasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
