Role Overview

HR & AI Associate We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR & AI Learning Associate who can blend human resources expertise with digital creativity.The ideal candidate is an early-career professional or recent graduate with strong English communication skills, an eye for design and structure, and a deep curiosity for AI-powered HR solutions.This role is hands-on, creative, and suited to someone who wants to learn fast, build practical HR toolkits, and drive innovative learning experiences using modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for HR advisory, employee queries, and documentation.

Support HR compliance and employment legalities, particularly within ADGM frameworks.

Research and develop HR toolkits, templates, and guides based on leading global practices.

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, etc.) to: Design and generate L&D content, playbooks, and toolkits.

Organise and structure HR materials for easy access and engagement.

Gamify learning programmes and create interactive, digital learning materials.

Assist with policy writing, formatting, and ensuring professional presentation standards.

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness and reliability.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.

2-4 years' experience in HR coordination, L&D, or administrative roles.

Strong command of English (spoken and written) articulate, concise, and professional.

Demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI tools to create HR or learning-related outputs.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and creative mindset.

Passion for gamification, e-learning, and digital HR transformation.

Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
