Ensure timely updates and accuracy of employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in performance management reviews and guide improvement plans.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
Support training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an advisory or generalist HR role.
Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving approach.
