Responsibilities:
Implemented and maintained HR policies tailored to the unique demands of the FMCG sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns, leading to increased satisfaction and a positive work culture.
Manage day to day HR operations including visa application, license renewals, portal management and payroll processing.
Spearheaded end-to-end recruitment processes, successfully filling critical positions within tight deadlines, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organization.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Administrator or in a related HR support role is often required.
A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations is crucial.
Proficiency in managing the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
