HR Administrator & Public Relations Representative

The ideal candidate will handle HR administrative tasks, employee record management, archiving, recruitment coordination, and represent the company in public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Manage and archive employee files (digital and physical).
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding/offboarding procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate company events and represent the organization in public and professional settings.
Prepare periodic HR reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR or Public Relations.
Strong knowledge of document archiving and HR systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
