The incumbent will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient HR Operations support that aligns with the company's strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
HR operations
and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support
Employee Relations
, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Handle and Support in
Payroll Management
,
Time and Attendance
, and
Leave Administration
with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate the full
employee lifecycle
, including
onboarding
and
offboarding
processes.
Support
Recruitment and Selection
activities, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
Ensure compliance with
HR policies, local labor laws
, and company standards.
Participate in and lead various
HR projects
and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in HR Operations or a related field. (Exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.)* Proven experience in the
education sector
is
mandatory

Bachelor's degree
from an accredited university, preferably with a specialization in
Human Resources
or a related discipline.
Must be
locally available in Qatar
