We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR & Administration Coordinator
to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Job Summary:
The HR & Administration Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Organize administrative procedures, office supplies, and facility services
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Handle general administrative tasks and support departmental needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
