We are looking for a

female HR Administrator / Receptionist

Arabic

to handle front desk duties and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence. Maintain reception and office areas. Support HR tasks such as recruitment, employee records, and onboarding. Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Handle general office administration and vendor coordination.

Arabic and English

. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in HR or administration. Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills. Professional appearance and attitude.
