to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company growth.
Collaborate with senior management for workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
Handle recruitment coordination, interviews, and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Ensure timely renewals and reminders for employee visa, tenancy contracts, DEWA, DU, Mulkiya, and health insurance.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR role
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
Experience contracting, trading, companies
UAE labor law knowledge (advantage)
