We are hiring an HR Admin & Operations Executive. The role is execution-focused, supporting approximately 100 employees, with primary responsibility for HR administration, employee records, attendance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle leave management and attendance tracking using the in-house HR system
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation
Prepare HR letters, confirmations, and standard employee documentation
Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and attendance data
Support visa, labor, and compliance documentation in coordination with PRO/vendors
Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality at all times
HR Operations & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries
Track employee documents, renewals, and compliance deadlines
Support HR reporting and management requests as required
Admin Support
Provide basic administrative and coordination support related to HR operations
Experience & Skills Required
4-5 years' experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
Hands-on experience managing:
Leave & attendance
Employee records & documentation
HR coordination for mid-sized teams
Experience working with in-house HR systems / HRMS
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information
Profile Fit
Junior to mid-level HR professional
Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
Prior experience reporting into Finance or Operations preferred
Immediate or short notice availability highly preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
