Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee welfare.
Manage visa processing, renewals, and related government documentation.
Set up and track KPIs for various departments.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.
Oversee general office administration including facilities, maintenance, and supplies.
Coordinate with PROs, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of
UAE HR experience
.
Strong understanding of visa processing and labor law procedures.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of HR systems and MS Office tools.
Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
