We are looking for a qualified HR and Admin Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience in events management company processing employee data, payroll, updating company policies and managing the hiring process. Must have experience performing total HR operations and functions for an event management company.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and personal files.
Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data, such as leave and overtime hours.
Administrative Operations:
Managing general office tasks like filing, answering calls, and coordinating meetings.
Overseeing office supplies and maintenance.
Handling travel arrangements and expense forms for HR staff.
Reporting and Compliance:
Preparing reports and presentations on HR metrics like turnover rates.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating company policies.
Coordination and Communication:
Serving as a point of contact between employees and HR management.
Liaising with external vendors, such as insurance providers.
Minimum Qualifications for Hire:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management
At least 3+ years' experience in HR management
Expert business and organizational planning ability
Successful experience in employee relations
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to multitask

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
