: HR Administration Intern
Location: DIP 2, Dubai
Internship Type: Part-Time (3 days per week, with potential to extend to 4-5 days)
Internship Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administration Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in the core functions of a modern HR department. You will play a key support role in daily operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and record management, providing a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
HR Records & Payroll Support:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases with high accuracy.
  • Help in the preparation of payroll data and documents.
  • Ensure all digital and physical HR files are organized and confidential.
Talent Acquisition & On/Offboarding:
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the offboarding process by collecting company assets and preparing exit documents.
Employee Engagement & Compliance:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR team in communicating company policies and initiatives.
  • Help ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local regulations.
General Administrative Support:
  • Draft and prepare official letters (e.g., employment, experience, and NOC letters).
  • Assist with visa application processes and travel arrangements for employees.
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the HR team.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
