to handle a combination of human resource functions and basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, multi-skilled, and capable of managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
Track attendance, leave, and prepare monthly payroll data.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Assist with performance management and training coordination.
Handle employee inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Accounts/Finance:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and invoice processing.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and submit reports such as expense claims, petty cash, and reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
Liaise with external vendors and auditors as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and HR records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or any accounting/HR software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
