To assist the delivery of a programme that will convert Fosroc into a Quality Focused Organisation

To actively manage and partake in-group Quality projects at both the cross-regional and cross-functional levels of Fosroc, as per the HQEBE programme.

To Support and challenge the OPCOs in delivering annual improvement plans within the quality function

Create and lead Group Quality Forum and audit programme that promotes transparency and continuous improvement through the organisation from the Board level down to individual Opco\'s

Provide expertise in Quality group wide, develop, manage a platform that allows for peer reviews of Standards, Best practices, and Issue resolution.

To work with and support the Fosroc community to facilitate the delivery of their respective objectives within the designated functional area of responsibility.

Role Description

Key Skills and Experiences

Essential

Degree from a recognised university.

5+ years\' experience in Chemical batch manufacturing industry

High energy and drive, with ability to work across boundaries and influence key stakeholders

Proven experience in setting up and achieving sustained success using Continuous Improvements andQuality Controls regime plans.

Strong ability to manage virtual Teams across multiple projects

Excellent IT Skills, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project

Mobile and willing to work away from home base

Desirable

Exposure to manufacturing/production in the chemicals or materials processing industries.

Experience in successfully conducting change management projects

Experience of living in different countries.

Experience of Six Sigma or Other Statistical tools
