Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As part of our IHG family, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You'll supervise housekeeping operations, lead and motivate your team, and maintain our high brand standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.


Assign daily duties and inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.


Train, coach, and support housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Monitor inventory and request housekeeping supplies when needed.


Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.


Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.


Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs.


Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, performance reviews, and administrative tasks.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.


Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.


Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.


Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
