Housemaster
--someone who knows how to keep beautiful homes in perfect shape.
What you'll do:
Oversee the condition of villas, apartments, and penthouses
Personally carry out minor repairs and fixes in apartments when required
Keep properties, organized, and technically maintained
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Perform regular inspections (ACs, plumbing, furniture, etc.)
Communicate with guests and property owners--kindness and diplomacy matter
What we're looking for:
Experience in housekeeping, facility management, or hospitality
Understanding of how to keep a property running smoothly
Attention to detail and proactivity
Good spoken English
Be ready to independently repair, paint, and restore apartments when needed
Driving license is a must
