Houseman / Handyman
A practical, skilled, and proactive individual to ensure the physical aspects of the residence are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, painting, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Property Upkeep: Managing outdoor areas, basic gardening, and ensuring the exterior of the property is tidy.
• Moving & Logistics: Assisting with moving furniture, receiving deliveries, and setting up for events.
• Team Support: Supporting the housekeeping and butler teams with heavy cleaning, carpet shampooing, and window cleaning.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong practical skills across multiple trades (woodwork, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
