Housekeeping/Cleaner (Female)

About the Job Role

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a

healthcare setting

and be committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of therapy rooms, common areas, and staff offices.

Ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within a specified timeframe according to the given cleaning schedules

Adhere to infection control protocols and healthcare cleaning standards.

Manage waste disposal, laundry services, and restocking of supplies.

Collaborate with the medical and support teams to ensure the center maintains the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

High School Diploma

Previous experience in housekeeping within a

healthcare or clinical setting.

Basic communication skills to follow instructions, report issues, and work as part of a team

Understanding of infection control and cleaning procedures in healthcare.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and pay attention to detail.

Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented with a dedication to creating a clean and safe environment for individuals with autism

Must be flexible enough for long working hours

Having good Physical Stamina since the job often involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
