Housekeeping Team Leader
Job Description
It is the housekeeping team leader responsibility to oversee the housekeepers and ensure that they are maintaining the standards they have learnt in the training. Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the rooms and common areas including maintenance reporting and follow up. Housekeepers need to be assertive and have an eye for detail, noticing the small things out of place in a room. The Housekeeping Team Leader must do room checks and notify the Executive housekeeper if anything is found out of place. The housekeeping team perform duties both inside and outside of the residence.

REQUIREMENTS:
Safe Chemical Handling National Police Clearance (Mandatory) Minimum 2 Years' experience as a housekeeper in a leadership role. Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills Has exceptional social skills Great attention to detail and creativity Knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene Must be extremely organized. Able to notice when things are out of place.
