Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team on a daily basis.
Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure quality and readiness.
Perform cleaning tasks when needed to support the team.
Assign duties and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Maintain cleaning standards and ensure all checklists are followed.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
Train and guide new team members.
Make quick and effective decisions in day-to-day operations.
Ensure cleanliness supplies are well-stocked and organized.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory housekeeping role.
Strong cleaning skills and knowledge of housekeeping standards.
Leadership ability with good communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
