Assign daily duties, monitor performance, and ensure coverage of all required areas.
Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Operational & Cleaning Duties
Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and workspaces.
Handle deep cleaning, sanitization procedures, and special cleaning projects.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Manage laundry operations when required.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Administrative Duties
Prepare daily and weekly schedules for the housekeeping team.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and supplies usage.
Assist in onboarding new housekeeping staff when necessary.
