About the Role:

We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader

to supervise, train, and guide our housekeeping staff across various client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning standards are maintained, staff are punctual, and daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor housekeeping teams at multiple client sites. Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Drive the company transport vehicle to drop and collect staff to and from sites on time. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain attendance records and report staff performance to management. Support cleaning operations when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or Supervisor. Valid UAE Light Vehicle License (Manual - No. 3)

Benefits:
