Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping staff.
Assign tasks to housekeeping team members and ensure their completion.
Inspect work performed by the housekeeping staff to ensure it meets established cleanliness standards.
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping team members on best practices and procedures.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Handle customer requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Uphold and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
