Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Preparing weekly and Monthly reports . Manage the day-to-day on-site operation which includes cleaning, gardening and fumigation. Supervise the workforce, ensuring that janitors deliver their specific services within the agreed standards. Preparing the daily, Weekly monthly and quarterly routine Format for cleaning services and security services. Maintains the cleaning equipment\xe2\x80\x99s based on the required . Preparing an efficient cleaning routine. Reporting repairs and replacements that are required when encountered while cleaning. Performs other functions as may be required from time to time by the immediate supervisor. Attending the emergency complain ( Water overflow, Water tanks Cleaning \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.) To ensure the Cleaning Service and security services provides the highest standards of delivery demonstrating excellent service at all times. To monitor and record sickness and absence for Team Leaders, undertaking return to work interviews with staff following periods of sickness or absence. Make sure all the AMC \xe2\x80\x98s contracts are valid related to the soft services .
